Local Diner
Believe it or not, there was not a single potato to eat at the potato museum--but we still managed to spend $50 on T-shirts and souvenirs. Starved from all our exertions, we inquired about the best local food joint and were directed to Rupe's Burgers. We had a great meal there with real French-fried potatoes before we set off for our next destination.

Hey Tami, this is Amber. I just happened to check out your blog today to see what you're up to when I saw all your fun posts from Idaho. My brother and sister-in-law live in Blackfoot, so I totally have been to the Potato Museum and Rupes restaurant--let's face it, there's not much else there! I can't believe how BIG your kids are getting! Looks like you guys are doing great!
